The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of interactive production methodologies and be able to manage multiple projects within a fast-paced, creative and challenging environment. They will foster close relationships with key stakeholders across all teams to ensure project objectives and outcomes are accomplished on scope, schedule and budget.

It is preferred candidates have 5+ years experience in a recognized agency environment and be capable of leading major integrated interactive projects. They will be proficient with a wide array of web technologies and environments (e.g. FLASH, HTML, JAVASCRIPT, AJAX etc.) and be able to provide examples of signature projects and project documentation including Statement Of Works, Project Plans etc.

Experience using programs including Visio, MS Project. Excellent written and oral communication skills are a must.

The Senior Interactive Producer will be primarily responsible for:

• Establishing and managing project scope and budgets through the ability to produce and/or oversee the production of statements of work, project estimates, project schedules, sitemaps, wireframes, production briefs and supplier RFQs.
• Overseeing project work through the key interactive project phases.
• Overseeing internal and external resource allocation and availability on projects.
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners and suppliers
• Facilitating and enhancing communication amongst all project stakeholders
• Assisting with implementation of new production processes
