A rapidly growing online advertising company is looking for an excellent Business Development Manager to join the newly formed National Brands and Agencies business line. With a unique advertising platform, this internationally owned company is in an exciting growth phase and needs to find the right BDM to help them drive the acquisition, development and retention of clients.

Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Identifying potential national brand customers and agencies in a range of categories and verticals and develop strategies to recruit, retain and develop them.
- Evaluate and communicate product and service needs to maximise customer acquisition and retention.
- Analyse reports and data to monitor and adjust campaigns for optimal performance.
- Run consistent budget appropriate campaigns.
Some of the key skills needed include:
- 5 + years Business Development Skills
- 2+ years Business Development of the Corporate and Agency market
- History of success in sales and management
- Knowledge base of all local media strategies
- Previous experience of selling to media agencies or national brands will be highly regarded.
