Digital Producer – Mid / Senior Level

Our client, a cutting edge design studio based in Surry Hills is now looking for an experienced, creative online producer to join their growing team.

The producer will work across a range of clients supporting the account service and award winning design team in defining, scoping and project managing digital projects from end to end. Projects include website designs, online advertising campaigns, email, content development, video presentations and flash animation.

As a digital producer, you will need to understand the processes and functionality associated with the planning and development of digital projects. You will be a strategic thinker who can bring a creative and intelligent approach to the management of projects, people and clients.

The ideal candidate believes in the power of digital communication allowing people to connect and relate to one another through inspiring, beautiful, creative ideas and design solutions. Candidates need to possess the following:

  • 5+ years experience producing website projects, email and online advertising campaigns, viral applications and games from inception through to completion.
  • Experience developing project budgets and estimates as well as organising and planning resources, 3rd party vendors and media partner relationships when required.
  • An understanding of Information Architecture (IA) and the ability to work with designers (across discipline) to define digital experiences that deliver usability, function and engagement to end users whilst always supporting brand objectives.
  • The ability to develop site maps and wireframes for websites in conjunction with creative, technical and strategic teams.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills as well as comprehensive knowledge of MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. 
  • You will have the ability to put together pitch responses as well as develop functional and technical specification documents in collaboration with the relevant (technical, creative, strategist) teams.
  • Able to focus under pressure, and work collaboratively with both creative and technical teams across a range of design disciplines (graphic, industrial, environmental and 3D design and architecture.)
  • You will possess good leadership, organisational, communication and time management skills as well as an ability to work autonomously, setting up and running projects as the lead.
  • A calm, considered and respectful nature to all people with whom you work as well as a passion for the online environment.
