We’ve recently placed the eCommerce Director and Head of Operations with our Sunshine Coast based client and we’re now on the search for three more people as they further build the business. They’re located in glorious new offices on the ocean front so lifestyle and culture is key, in fact it was the founder who decided to build the H/O on the Sunshine coast to prove that you can be the best whatever location. Their client base is national and they also have facilities overseas.
Their business is to advise clients on eCommerce strategies across online and mobile and they’re exceptionally knowledgeable about content strategy, search and social media and their focus is about business outcomes and return on investment for their clients. They’re happy to sponsor if need be so you may be anywhere in Australia and fancy a career and lifestyle change or from overseas just entering Oz.
The Agency is 4 years old and the MD has been in eCommerce & online marketing for many years. He set the business up as he’s passionate about online and believes he and the team can offer an excellent marketing solution helping their clients do better business with better outcomes. In fact they are considered as subject experts in their field and that’s really their point of difference; they don’t sell ideas to clients, they consult with them not just on theory but on execution, which means they are true business partners. The Web Analyst will play a pivotal role within the team and will be responsible for working across Client Service and Results (Delivery) teams to interpret data, and tell a story of intelligence that delivers insights beyond their clients’ expectations.

The Web Analyst will play a pivotal role within the team and will be responsible for working across Client Service and Results (Delivery) teams to interpret data, and tell a story of intelligence that delivers insights beyond their clients’ expectations.
Core Responsibilities include:
- Audit, monitor and maintain web analytics implementations
- Set-up and configure Google Analytics accounts including advanced customizations for E-Commerce, Sub Domain and Cross Domain tracking
- Work with Sales, Client Service & Results teams to add value to client proposals and campaign strategies
- Support clients on implementation and use of web analytics
- Train clients in using and understanding web analytics
- Supporting the Client Service and Results teams by analysing data to develop deep insights across various online channels (search, social, display) and the interrelationship of data between them
- Communicate with team and clients on all aspects of projects
- Stay up-to-date on the latest web analytics, conversion testing and online marketing developments and techniques
- 3-5 years professional web analytics experience
- Google Analytics certified
- Understanding of online marketing and conversion testing
- Advanced MS Excel skills including experience in Pivot tables and Data Visualization
- Experience with Google Website Optimizer
- Experience in dashboard design and development
- Web development (code implementation and trouble shooting)
- Deep understanding of Cookies, JavaScript and HTML to customize the tracking code
