Our client is one of Australia’s top creative agencies, based here in Sydney. Renowned for their ability to create exceptional digital experiences that set them apart from most other creative shops, they are currently looking for a midweight User Experience / Information Architect to join a highly accomplished team, working across their entire client list.

The IA/UX will provide written and visual documentation to communicate interface requirements for both creative and technical teams. You will design, test and refine – making websites functional and easy to use. You will work both with the team and clients to ensure user experience is an area of expertise within the agency. You bring to the table a wealth of knowledge about user centered design.

You will have:

• A minimum of 3 years in the User Centered Design field
• Excellent analytical skills and strong problem solving ability 
• Hands on experience with func specs, creation of site maps, visual process flows and wireframes 
• Absolute attention to detail and great time management skills 
• An ability to communicate usability and design concepts in everyday language 
• You will have a passion for users and their journey
  

As the UX/IA are responsible for the continual improvements to the user experience, information design and interaction design of our clients’ user interfaces for a range of websites and digital applications. You are all about the user journey and making our clients team aware of UCD principles and importance.
