Established by Harris Madden, I_Ventures, is a specialised consulting firm with a focus on business management for innovative technology and media businesses.

Harris has over twenty years experience in executive and general management roles across a range of business and project environments. He has proven commercial, strategic and operational management skills and a successful track record managing technology and services businesses.

Through his company, i_Ventures Australia, Harris provides advice on business strategy, operations and venture funding to technology ventures and SME's. He is also presently involved as an executive director on several early stage film and new media projects. Harris' past roles include:

Commercialisation Director, Xcelerator Limited - Australia's only private sector biotechnology incubator.

Managing Director, ZIVO Internet Solutions - then Australia's premier web development and consulting group, managing 150+ people and $25M+ revenue.

General Manager, QuickSmart Online - successful financial services software start-up that raised venture capital through Allen & Buckridge.

Co-founder and partner, Creative Design and Technologies - a unique creative house that achieved international recognition for its creativity and original designs for entertainment, educational and media projects.

Creative and educational designer, Project Sunrise - which created the original plans for Sydney's Darling Harbour waterfront development, later taken up by the NSW government.

Harris has successfully completed a range of business-critical negotiations and been involved in the funding of a variety of projects and enterprises. His executive roles have included managing significant operational challenges. Past clients have included technology ventures and SME's, banks and 'blue chips', and government departments. Harris has worked in Asia and the USA as well as Australia.
